Introduction: 

 

RCH01B0518-200A current sensor adopts Hall principle, the Hall chip is installed in the air gap of magnetic ring, by measuring the magnetic field perpendicular to the chip surface in space and the relationship between magnetic field and current conversion to measure the current across the magnetic loop wire. As shown, the IP is a measured current that changes the size of the magnetic field in the air gap of the ring. The Houle element in Houle's chip generates a Houle voltage VH when the magnetic field is applied, the voltage and IP will have a relationship: VH = K X IP, where k is constant, and Houle will output a signal called Vout based on Houle's voltage, which will be measured in practical applications and converted into the current in the wire.
